Located six miles away from Ashton's Field, Agecroft consists of six small areas of open space in the Pendlebury area of Greater Manchester.

The Present and the Future

The land totals approximately 0.9505ha and lie on what was once Agecroft Colliery. They consist of six areas which include:

  • A roadside verge with grass, trees and ornamental shrubs
  • A short section of concrete surfaced path
  • Unsurfaced path between a railway fence and young woodland
  • A strip of land along a sloped railway embankment
  • A larger corner plot, which mainly consists of woodland
  • Park House Bridge Road – Network Rail compound.

Please note – some of these areas of land are not accessible.
