Situated in North Yorkshire, close to the A1 and Catterick Military Barracks, Colburn is an area of grassland lined with semi-mature trees and planted bulbs. Note - this site has no public access.
The land, which is nestled beside Colburn Business Park, was formerly Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) land and acquired by the Land Trust in 2015.
