New Lubbesthorpe is an exciting new development with large amounts of green space to benefit the community. The Land Trust will be taking on the management of these spaces over time, ensuring they are maintained to a high standard, enabling residents of New Lubbesthorpe to exercise, play and enjoy spending time there.
The first area of land managed by the Land Trust is highlighted on the map at the top of this page. This vibrant green area contains a pond with a boardwalk and seating, along with several walking routes for you to enjoy whilst taking in the natural landscape.
As New Lubbesthorpe continues to develop more areas of green space, including play areas, will come under the management of the Land Trust.
