St James' Park is a vibrant new village-style community, with 12.5 of the 53-hectare development being open green spaces, recreation and play areas for residents and community to enjoy. The green spaces have been created to provide a great place for the community to live and prosper and will be managed by the Land Trust on behalf of and in partnership with the residents at St James’ Park.
The cost of managing the green open spaces around St James’ Park will be paid for by all homeowners through an annual service charge. The areas of green space will come over to the Land Trust for management in phases as the site gets built out from 2023 onwards.
