Prince Philip Park is an exciting new development with large amounts of public green space and other facilities within what will become one of Hampshire’s largest towns. The Land Trust is taking on the management of these spaces over time, ensuring they are maintained to a high standard for the community to enjoy.
The land currently managed by Land Trust Residential Services (see site boundary above) sits within Dukes Quarter at Prince Philip Park. This vibrant green corridor contains a pathway through ornamental shrubs and plants, naturalistic meadows, a sustainable system of drainage, stream, native woodland and play area.

Café Hogmoor is located at Hogmoor Inclosure nearby. Open seven days a week 9am-4pm.
There are both surfaced and unsurfaced paths. The land is generally level throughout.
The Green Loop is a 7km green cycle and pedestrian friendly route around Whitehill & Bordon (for details see the Other Links section below).
Well-controlled dogs welcome
Walking, cycling and play area. Hogmoor Inclosure is a nearby Land Trust managed greenspace to enjoy.
A mix of established broadleaves and mature Scots pine together with newly planted trees and shrubs provide good habitat for birds and other wildlife. A network of Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS) provide shelter and food for a variety of wildlife including amphibians, insects, birds, bats and other mammals.

Formerly a training base for the British Army, the Bordon Garrison closed in September 2015 releasing the land for redevelopment.
The Prince Philip Park development will provide over 2,400 new sustainable homes for private sale and affordable housing, including social rent and shared ownership.
The Land Trust manages the public greenspace at Prince Philip Park in partnership with local contractors who undertake the day-to-day site management. The Land Trust aims to maximise the benefits for the local community and wildlife from this important resource.
As Prince Philip Park continues to develop more areas of formal and natural green space, a skate park and further play areas will come under the management of Land Trust Residential Services from the developer, Whitehill & Bordon Regeneration Company (WBRC). This will be a phased approach over a number of years.
These green spaces create a great place to live and prosper, alongside providing safe, wildlife-friendly pedestrian and cycle routes and leisure spaces, all for community wellbeing and benefit.
