Summer Holiday Nature Photography Competition T&C’s

How to enter
By email: send your photograph as an email attachment or shareable link to media@thelandtrust.org.uk with the subject Summer Holiday Photography Competition. Please include the photographer’s full name and details of when and where the photograph was taken, along with the guardian’s name who has given consent.

How will this be judged?
The competition will be judged by Land Trust staff judges.

Terms and Conditions

1. Photographs must be taken on, or looking at, a Land Trust site taken between 1 July 2024 – 8 September 2024.
2. Entrants must be 16 and under with parental consent to enter.
3. By submitting photographs to the photography competition, you are giving the Trust permission and consent to use the photographs in digital, online, print marketing and promotional materials. All images submitted will be credited with the full name submitted. If you do not want your photographs to be used by the Trust, you must state this in your correspondence with the Trust.
4. For anyone recognisable in the photographs, consent MUST be obtained by completing the photography consent form (or parent/guardian consent for under-16s).
5. All entries must include the entrant’s and guardian’s full name, their age, where it was taken and the date. Full names and ages may be shared on social media along with the photograph. Please let us know if you do not wish for us to share this information.
6. The closing date for entries is 23:59 on Sunday September 8, 2024. Anything submitted after that date will not be considered.
7. The winner will be announced by the end of September.
8. The winner will receive a £50 voucher only.
9. The winner will be announced on social media and will be contacted by email to arrange for the voucher to be emailed or send via post.
10. Land Trust staff are not permitted to enter the competition.
