Land Trust appoint Trevor Adey as new Head of Business Development for eastern region

The Land Trust is delighted to announce the appointment of Trevor Adey as their new Head of Business Development for the Eastern Region.

Trevor joins the organisation after 12 years as a Director at Savills, one of the UK’s leading property consultants, in Manchester. He previously spent three years as a planning consultant for Nathaniel Lichfield and Partners and started his career at GVA Property Consultancy.

Land Trust Chief Executive, Euan Hall, said:

“We are really pleased to announce Trevor’s appointment.

“He was the outstanding candidate and brings with him a wealth of experience which will be invaluable to the Trust as we look to transfer more sites to our management over the next 12 months.”

Speaking about his appointment, Adey added:

“I’m delighted to join the Land Trust and looking forward to getting stuck into the role.

“I really believe in the work the Land Trust does and I know that we can play a huge part in tackling issues such as physical and mental wellbeing through the work that we do at our sites across the country.

“While we currently have over 60 sites under our management there is huge potential to grow and I want the Trust to become the first choice for property developers, housebuilders and land promoters when it comes to green space management.”
