Find out about the local history of New Ferry and Rock Ferry.
The walk follows the Wirral Circular Trail out of the River Park to Shorefields, overlooking the RAMSAR and SSSI site, down and up 2 flights of steps, through Rock Park to the Refreshment Rooms, where we’ll stop for a drink and then return. The history of the area will be touched upon during the walk. Surfaced paths throughout. The event is part of Wirral Walking Festival. Go to www.visitwirral.com for more walks in May.

Wheelchair users please contact organiser in advance. Well made paths with some inclines and two flights of steep steps.
