We invite you to spend a day at Lingley Woods with other people connecting with each other and the woodland. This workshop is an opportunity to slow and down and reflect in nature!
This Workshop will deepen your understanding and relationship with the natural environment and the benefits of connecting with nature in this way. Topics covered include:
o Natural wellbeing activities, including gentle walking, foraging, time for reflection and sharing
o Learning about and practices encouraging nature-based mindfulness
o Getting creative with natural materials
