The Land Trust offering free one month license to ice cream vans and coffee carts on selection of green spaces

28th July 2020

The Land Trust, is offering a free one month license for ice cream vans and coffee carts on a selection of its sites, as the national land management charity seeks to help small businesses get back on their feet following the impact of Covid – 19.

One of the Trust’s five key charitable objectives is focused on improving the local economy and boosting tourism around their green spaces and it is something the charity is incredibly passionate about as Director of Portfolio Management, Alan Carter, explains:

“We know that thousands of small businesses across the country have suffered greatly during the period of lockdown that was necessary to deal with the threat of Covid 19.

“The Land Trust is passionate about helping our local communities thrive and if we can do our bit to help get the economy moving again then we will do everything we can to help, which is why we are offering the free one month license.

“Having kept our green spaces open for people to use for their daily exercise over the last few months we know that our sites have been incredibly well used and we think this is an excellent opportunity for a business relying on significant footfall to get back on their feet.”

If you are interested in this opportunity please email alancarter@thelandtrust.org.uk outlining details of your business.
