The Land Trust is seeking bids from organisations interested in inclusion into its Lot 1 legal service panel.
With more than 50 parks across the UK in its portfolio, the Land Trust is currently revising its Lot 1 legal service panel. Services include: Property and transaction law advice; service charge advice; corporate and business law advice; agricultural law advice; franchise advice; intellectual property, copyright & trademark advice.
The Land Trust invites expressions of interest from organisations that can provide one or more of the above services with a view to entering into a 48 month agreement with a number of companies to deliver the above services. Expressions of Interest need to be submitted to the Land Trust by 12 noon on Friday 15 January 2016.
Successful applicants will be required to enter into a contract within 4 weeks of the decision regarding the preferred bidders for the service panel.
