Land Trust recruiting four new posts

The Land Trust is recruiting for a number of new roles as the green space management charity looks to increase delivery of its charitable outcomes and add more sites to its portfolio.

Following a significant donation from the Denise Coates Foundation, the Trust is recruiting a Green Angels Project Officer to be based at Hassall Green. The role, will be four days a week and initially be fixed term for two years.

The candidate will work closely with the site’s managing partner, Groundwork West Midlands, and other stakeholders to promote and deliver the Land Trust’s environmental training initiative.

The Trust is also seeking an Estates Officer to be based in the south that will have responsibility for a number of key Land Trust sites. Working closely with the Estate Manager in the region the post holder will liaise with managing partners to ensure the Land Trust’s charitable outcomes are delivered as well as assisting with the delivery of new sites to the charity’s management.

With responsibility for three service charge sites and with this being a growing area of business for the Land Trust a new position of Client Project Manager has been created. This role will project manage the transition of the different phases of some of these high profile and complex development sites into the Land Trust’s portfolio ensuring that client requirements continue to be met.

A part-time Community Engagement Assistant is also being sought to work across the Land Trust’s portfolio of sites in Warrington.
