Volunteers from Green Angels at Hassall Green Nature Reserve were celebrated for their contributions

Green Angels is an environmentally focused training programme which is free to anyone interested and living within close proximity to Land Trust managed sites across the country.

Trainees have the opportunity of learning new and exciting skills such as wildlife conservation, landscaping, environmental education and horticulture as well as other environmental skills.

A cohort from Hassall Green Nature Reserve were celebrated at the end of 2021 for their fantastic achievements throughout the year. The volunteers worked tirelessly to keep the site well maintained; work that’s vital for the nature reserve and preservation of the local environment.

As part of the celebratory event, training providers and charities, that have supported the Green Angels throughout their training programme, were available to talk through future opportunities that may be available and discuss onwards career choices for anyone seeking further development.

To become a Green Angel, explore the opportunities here. The team will only be too happy to bring you on-board.
