We need volunteers to help maintain the park.
This exciting new park opened in August 2014 having been reclaimed from a former landfill site. The jobs will be cutting back vegetation, weeding, litter picking and meeting and greeting visitors while on patrol.
Drinks provided. Safety boots or walking boots must be worn and will be provided if booked in advance. Young people aged 16-17 are welcome but need to be accompanied by a responsible adult.
No charge
Bring suitable clothing for the weather, including long trousers as there will be nettles and brambles.
Toilets available at the centre.
