Tree Walk at Braeburn Park

Braeburn Park

14th March 2020 : 10.30am-12 noon

Join London Wildlife Trust for a guided walk around Braeburn Park to brush up on your tree ID skills.

In the morning there will be a winter tree walk, led by LWT Reserves Manager Edwin, where you can  brush up on your I.D skills and learn more about the types of trees at Braeburn and how we are managing them! The walk will be free with no booking necessary and anyone is welcome. We will be meeting at 10:30am at the playground near Falstaff Close, stout footwear and suitable clothing are recommended!

In the afternoon I will also be running a “taster” volunteer work session for anyone that wants to get into nature conservation! Note: it is not necessary to attend both parts so feel free to come to just the morning session or the afternoon session.

Free

Please bring suitable clothing and stout footwear as well as lunch and something to drink.

Please note, there are no facilities on site.

Meet at the playground near the Falstaff Close entrance, approximately 5 minutes’ walk from Crayford rail station.

Accessibility is limited as paths are often steep and slippery.

Parking is limited on residential streets, however Crayford rail station is 5 minutes’ walk.
