The Three Bridleways Ride

A horse social/pleasure ride of 5, 10 or 20 minutes.

Ride Organiser: Phil & Sue Norcrop on behalf of Sport Endurance. This is an annual event.

VENUE TYPE: All hard standing. Ample parking in single file alongside road within the park.

FACILTIES: Catering – Heritage Centre Café and Toilets at venue.

RIDE DETAILS: The route has changed from previous years with a newly opened bridle path which bypasses last stretch of road work. The full route takes you out of Apedale Country Park along hard track, down through Halmer End village, through Bates Wood Nature Reserve, passes through Hollywoods, to return along new Silverdale Skyline BP and back to the venue through Apedale Park. The shorter routes use one or two of these three BPs.

Usual riding gear including riding hat.

Catering - Heritage Centre Café and Toilets at venue.

Secretary car on car park outside Heritage Centre.

Disabled parking at venue.

All hard standing. Ample parking in single file alongside road within the park for trailers and horseboxes. Public car parks for cars.
