Please come and join the Rangers to help tidy up the park ready for winter. Help clean out the ditches, rake grass, cut back willow along some of the paths, litter pick and generally help with small practical tasks.
Join the Groundwork Ranger Team and have an enjoyable day out in Frickley Country Park, get some fresh air and exercise whilst helping to carry out practical improvements to the site. Jobs ranging from raking recently mown grass, clearing self set trees from pathways and ditches, litter picking etc. There will be jobs for all abilities.
Owing to the nature of the work around water and using some sharp tools children must be accompanied by an adult.

Wear work clothes, strong shoes/boots and gloves. Packed lunch & refreshments.
There are currently no toilets available on site.
