Greenwich Peninsula Ecology Park

2 sessions: 11am to 12.30pm and 1.30pm to 3pm, by the walk-in meadow.

Use an eccentric variety of upcycled objects as containers to plant flowers and green up your garden, balcony or local greenspace; bring along any old teapots, footballs, larger toy trucks – anything that can be planted!

The site has a visitor centre and toilets, including accessible toilet with baby changing facilities.

Greenwich Peninsula Ecology Park

Good level access across the site with wide wooden boardwalks and accessible bird hides. Activities also accessible. Disabled toilet and baby changing facility. Wheelchair available to borrow. Disabled parking space at end of John Harrison Way. Ring 020 8293 1904 for any special parking arrangements needed.

We strongly advise you use public transport. We have great public transport access: North Greenwich tube plus buses 108, 129, 132, 161, 188, 422, 472, 486 to Millennium Village Oval Square or John Harrison Way stop. By bicycle or on foot: along the Thames Path between the O2 and the Thames Barrier, with places to lock bikes. Free parking for 2 hours on John Harrison Way, Pear Tree Way and West Parkside but spaces are VERY limited.
