Health Walk.

Come along and join us for our monthly health walk.

We will take approximately 1 hour to take a walk around the fantastic Country Park.

Aims are to improve fitness and socialise.

The Countess of Chester Country Park, located next to the nearby hospital provides a green space promoting health and well being of both hospital users and local residents.

The country park provides parking and the nearby Countess of Chester hospital has toilet facilities.
