Talk on local archaeology and stall

Big Heritage will host a stall at Bromborough Pool Garden Centre throughout the day on the 9th September. Archaeologists will be on hand to discuss the findings from the most recent excavations in Bromborough and at the Bromborough Courthouse site. Visitors will have the opportunity to look at some of the archaeological artefacts recovered throughout 2016 and learn about forthcoming plans to undertake archaeological excavation in the area.

The stall will be supported by a talk about the project at 10.30am at Giles Shirley Hall.

The Big Heritage is a partner in a HLF grant to interpret local history with Autism Together and the Land Trust. Talk at 10.30, places must be booked in advance at Bromborough Pool Garden Centre, tel: 0151 643 1359; and no need to book for the stall 10.30am-4pm.
