This course is designed for complete beginners and will get you from the couch to running 5km in just 8 weeks!
This 8 week course includes 8 weekly group sessions (Wednesdays, 5.30-6.30pm), an 8 week training plan to be done as homework as well as access to a private Facebook support group. The course is led by a qualified personal trainer and England Athletics running coach.
£50 per person for 8 week course
Running clothing and footwear. Water.
