By providing your content, you grant the Land Trust a non-exclusive, royalty-free, nationwide license, reproduce, edit, publish and share your content across its social media channels. Any use of your content outside of social media (e.g. marketing materials, websites, print, or campaigns) will only take place with your prior consent unless otherwise stated at the time of submission.
You retain full ownership of your content at all times. These terms do not transfer copyright but allow the Land Trust to use the content as outlined above.
By submitting content, you confirm that:
Where possible, the Land Trust will aim to credit you when your content is used. However, this cannot be guaranteed across all platforms.
The Land Trust reserves the right to edit, crop, or adapt submitted content to suit platform formats or brand guidelines, and to remove content at any time.
You may request for your content to be removed from Land Trust social media channels at any time by contacting us directly. We will make reasonable efforts to action this promptly.
Submission of content is voluntary and no payment or compensation will be provided unless explicitly agreed in advance.
The Land Trust is not liable for any claims, damages, or losses resulting from the use of submitted content in line with these terms.
