Waverley

Region: Yorkshire

Waverley is a vibrant semi-rural community where large areas of the site will be green and attractive public open spaces such as play areas, woodlands and two large lakes set in parkland.

The Present and the Future

These green spaces have been developed to not only help to create a great place to live and prosper, but to fulfil a whole range of functions such as providing safe access routes and leisure spaces, all for your benefit.

The Land Trust is delighted to take responsibility for the green space management within this development.

The map above shows the total areas of open space that will be under our management once construction has completed as the majority of the green space that will be managed by Land Trust Residential Services (LTRS) in the future is still under the ownership of the developer until construction completes.  We are currently responsible for the open space in the following areas:

  • Highfield Spring
  • Highfield Lane
  • Mitchell Way
  • parts of Stephenson Way

We will maintain and enhance the community spaces on behalf of and in partnership with residents to ensure that Waverley is a great place to live.
