If the local authority wishes to have formal
engagement, we will set up a liaison group of
interested stakeholders, who will initially meet on a
quarterly basis. Terms of reference will be agreed,
to ensure that relevant stakeholders and partners
have a guiding influence in how the greenspace is
managed to ensure it delivers their aspirations.
