Structuring our operations

The charity headquarters is in Warrington
with regional teams across the UK. In
order to effectively manage our expanding
operations, the Land Trust structure
incorporates a number of subsidiary
companies. Whilst many of our service
charge operations are managed through
Land Trust Residential Services Limited,
we have a number of other subsidiaries for
specific schemes. This year Beaulieu Estate
Management Limited also started operation
to meet the needs of service charge
NEW SITE on that site and the transfer of Osprey
OMEGA, WARRINGTON Quay to a charity was also completed.
With a growing pipeline of opportunities
in Scotland and Wales we are now
establishing a Scottish subsidiary.
