Health

Our sites naturally provide many health benefts by creating space for physical activities such as
walking and running and the mental health benefts associated with green space. However, the
introduction of paths, trails and organised activities can signifcantly increase participation and benefts
to the local community. Some of our sites now also have formal sports facilities, such as sports felds.

This year, we offcially opened two further parks which will signifcantly add to our delivery of health
benefts and our other sites delivered even more formal health activities and guided walks.
