            Habitat Management Course - Fort Burgoyne, Dover

                                 Education Site of the Year
                                 Fort Burgoyne in Dover was the worthy winner of the Educational Site of the Year
                                 award.
                                 Last year Fort Burgoyne in Dover, managed by the White Cliffs Countryside
                                 Partnership, ran 11 events catering for 332 individuals from primary and pre-
                                 school, one event for seven home school students and 23 sessions for 237 adults
                                 from local colleges.
                                 The site also has a fantastic, new, improved stable block which is now safe to use
                                 by visiting groups for education sessions. This is in addition to 25 informal
                                 education events such as bat walks, history tours, Green Gang and guided walks
                                 attracting 444 participants.
