Framework) objective to deliver sustainable development and the Department for
Levelling Up, Housing and Communities criteria for garden communities.
This hard work is paying off with 70% of residents who responded to our
annual survey saying our green spaces had a positive effect on their physical and
mental wellbeing.
While 69% of residents said they are using the green spaces around their homes
a few times a week or every day, with 87% of residents using the green spaces
Beaulieu, Chelmsford at least once a month.
