Commercial opportunities at our spaces

We welcome opportunities to maximise the benefits of our parks and spaces. We work with a number of individuals and organisations to provide additional community activities and generate additional funds for our sites.

We may tender opportunities to work with us including:

  • Becoming a Managing Partner, to manage our green spaces on a daily basis
  • Working with us as a Development Partner, supplier or contractor
  • Providing additional services on our sites, such as food and drink concessions, mountain bike trails, educational and health activities or events, weddings, product launches or other leisure activities

Alternatively, you may have a brilliant idea about how your business could work with us on our sites.

Please check this page for upcoming tender opportunities or get in touch directly with Alan Carter, Head of Portfolio Management: for any speculative ideas.

If you are interested in filming/photographing any of our sites, please also contact Alan Carter to discuss permission and licensing.

The Land Trust seeks partner to manage sites in Greater Manchester area

The Land Trust is tendering for the landscape management contract at its Ashton’s Field site, with potential for other spaces in the Greater Manchester area to fall under the same agreement.

The management contract for Ashton’s Field, Little Hulton, is being retendered, with a new contract to start in April 2018.

The 8 hectare urban site features a mix of habitats, including grassland, heathland and wetland. The management involves day-to-day maintenance and community engagement to further the Land Trust’s charitable objectives around health, the environment, the economy, social cohesion and education.

The Land Trust has a number of smaller sites within Greater Manchester at Agecroft, Pendlebury, which will be included in this tender proposal. A site in West Gorton may also be added to this contract.

An Expression of Interest pack containing more details about this opportunity is due to be issued to interested parties in November, and the deadline for tender submissions will be before Christmas.

For more information and to receive the Expression of Interest documents, contact Carolyn Hassall: or 01925 852005.
