This popular community greenspace, adjoining Greenwich Peninsula Ecology Park, comprises wide open grassland, tree and shrub areas, wildflower meadows, pathways and play features. It is the perfect place to take it easy and enjoy some 'green time' and for walking, kicking a ball around, having fun and enjoying a picnic.

History

The Greenwich Peninsula development is one of Europe’s largest regeneration projects, reclaiming redundant industrial land for mixed use development. The Park was specifically built to provide recreational space for residents of the Greenwich Millennium Village, the first housing development on the Greenwich Peninsula.

Development

The Park was acquired by the Land Trust in 2015 and is managed to provide a valuable green recreational space for both wildlife and the local community.
