Merlin Park is in an attractive new community with a fascinating history. The development has exciting new communal open spaces, containing play areas and green open space inspired by the site's RAF history.
These green spaces have been developed to create a great place for the community to live and prosper, as well as fulfil a whole range of shared functions. This includes providing safe pedestrian and cycle access routes, allowing for sustainable drainage and creating leisure and social opportunities.
