As a UK charity with many years’ experience of managing parks and open spaces, the Land Trust provide great value for money green space management that ensures you have a safe, clean, green and attractive environment for you and your neighbours to enjoy.

We are committed to securing a sustainable future for every open space we manage.  As a charity, unlike commercial landscape contractors we have a long-term interest in the site and aim to manage our spaces in a way that improves people’s lives and communities.

We take land into our ownership or under long term management with an appropriate way of funding it and managing
it for the long-term, thereby;

• ensuring that it is then managed in a cost-effective and appropriate way;
• involving you, the local community and other stakeholders in how your local environment is cared for in the long-term;
• coordinating opportunities to enhance the green space through funding applications and local involvement;
• working with the wider landscape industry to help raise standards and pioneer best practice.

We provide the landscape management services around your property, maintaining and enhancing the green community spaces that you contribute to through your service charge.
