Join February’s half-term family activities at Greenwich Peninsula Ecology Park and learn about wildlife through interactive art and craft activities.
Drop-in to our morning (11 am to 12 pm) or afternoon session (2 to 3 pm) and discover how animals use camouflage to keep themselves safe Create your own camouflage design to take home.
Quiz and children trails will be available in the park for the whole day.
Free entry, no booking required. Suitable for 5 years old and above. All children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

The site has a visitor centre and toilets, including accessible toilet with baby changing facilities.
Greenwich Peninsula Ecology Park
Good level access across the site with wide wooden boardwalks and accessible bird hides and pond dipping platform. Activities also accessible. Disabled toilet and baby changing facility. Wheelchair available to borrow. Disabled parking space at end of John Harrison Way. Ring 020 8293 1904 for any special parking arrangements needed.
We strongly advise you use public transport. We have great public transport access: North Greenwich tube, plus buses 108, 129, 132, 161, 188, 422, 472, 486 to Millennium Village Oval Square , John Harrison Way or Millennium Way stops. By bicycle or on foot: along the Thames Path between the O2 and the Thames Barrier, with places to lock bikes. Free parking for 2 hours on John Harrison Way, Pear Tree Way and West Parkside but spaces very limited. Please note that the outer boardwalk is currently closed for repair. You can get to the gatehouse and park via the Thames Path, off John Harrison Way.
