The Land Trust seeks contractor to manage Cardowan, Stepps, Scotland

15th March 2017

The Land Trust is tendering for the management of the green spaces at our soon to be acquired site at Cardowan, Stepps.

Under a 10 year contract, the managing partner will be required to maintain the site in Glasgow, and support us as a national land management charity in meeting our objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).  This site offers a good opportunity for the successful Managing Partner to offer a different take on the usual grounds maintenance type of contract. With several hundred homes being on site, there are opportunities for community engagement.

Expressions of interest should be directed to William Martin, New Business Manager Scotland, at williammartin@thelandtrust.org.uk , who will provide an application pack. The deadline for applications is 12 noon on 20th March 2017
