Help us

With help from people like you, we are able to make our green spaces even better for communities and nature across the UK.

Your support helps us to provide people with educational opportunities and leading healthier lifestyles, protecting and enhancing biodiversity, bringing communities together and contributing towards uplifting local economies.

Whether you or your business would like to get involved with hands-on volunteering, fundraise or support one of our campaigns, there's something for everyone.

Making a difference

Without the additional support of many people who get involved with our sites, we wouldn’t be able to make such a valuable contribution to local communities.

The time, effort, gifts in kind and donations from people like you really does make a difference and helps us to continue providing opportunities for local people.

In the year 2014/15, over

  • 8,000 days of volunteer work was given, from individuals and businesses
  • Over £3,000 donated towards the Greenwich classroom campaign(from a variety of sources from bucket collections, fundraising events and online donations)

This helps towards keeping our sites well maintained.  This in turn encourages people to use our green spaces for leisure, recreation and relaxation, learn new skills, come along to community events and encourage wildlife.
