A delightful stroll around this wonderful partnership reserve.

Enjoy a walk around Vange Marsh, a Land Trust and RSPB partnership reserve dedicated to giving nature a home. Bring your binoculars for a wander around this popular birding site, with the change to see a variety of wading birds and wintering tits.

You will be guided by our friendly and knowledgeable volunteers, getting a good bit of exercise as you go.

Sturdy footwear / wellies, dress suitably for the weather. A waterproof coat is advisable. Bring bottled water / drink.

No facilities are available at this site.

Pitsea Train Station Car Park, Pitsea Hall Lane, Basildon, Essex (Please note there is a charge for this car park).

This site is not suitable for wheelchair users. Walkways are unmade with natural grass, so can be difficult for those with physical impairments.

Local car park is at Pitsea Train Station.
